LARGE EVENTS: MARTIN EXETER HALL AND FACILITIES

Martin Exeter Hall exteriorOur primary conference facility is Martin Exeter Hall, a graciously appointed lecture and performance venue. This hall features an open foyer and bench-style theatre seating for up to 275 people facing a 478 square-foot stage.

Martin Exeter Hall interiorAvailable for your use is a full A/V studio capable of recording all your events, both in video and audio. A lecture hall with a P/A system is fully decorated with stage plants. As the finest performance venue in the Cariboo, the hall has excellent acoustics and is home to an Allen Digital Organ and a Baldwin Grand Piano.

A/V control roomDownstairs in Martin Exeter Hall a 670 sq. ft. rehearsal room is also ideal for meetings or workshops. A library meeting room can accommodate up to 15 people. Three small breakout rooms are also available for your event or can be rented on their own. Shown at right is the A/V control room.



large dining roomOur dining room (‘The Valley Room,’ pictured at left), adjacent to Martin Exeter Hall, features large windows with a spectacular view of Exeter Valley. Patio doors open onto a shaded lawn with picnic tables for the option of dining inside or out. Our combination of round and rectangular tables can seat up to 150 people. The Valley Room doubles as a bright and spacious meeting room which can be sectioned off for privacy. Ask us about our wedding packages!

Whether it is a business luncheon or a formal dinner, your event can be fully catered from our kitchen (shown below), either by our own staff or an independent caterer for larger events. Call us and let us help plan your next event!

SMALLER EVENTS: THE LODGE AND FACILITIES

BoardRoomThe Board Conference Room (pictured at left) allows for meetings of up to 10 people. The room is private and perfect for business and personal meetings. The view overlooks a picturesque valley showing the various wildlife of the Cariboo.

small kitchenThe Lodge small kitchen is available for smaller functions and is fully equipped with two gas stoves and ovens, a large refrigerator and two sinks.

Lodge Dining RoomThe Lodge Dining Room (left) is perfect for special occasions and mealtime events. It is also available for smaller meetings and business functions.

Fireplace RoomThe Fireplace Room (right) allows for a cozy setting to relax and enjoy the surroundings of a historical building filled with old antiques and pictures.
